• 📅 More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund (minus any transaction fees)
• 📅 24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• 📅 Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
• 📅 Force majeure (weather, strikes, government restrictions): Full refund or reschedule

All refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
