1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any tour, transfer or service with Dreams City Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book with us.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after we send written confirmation via WhatsApp/email. Verbal bookings are not valid.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in INR and may be converted to USD for reference (exchange rate may vary).
• Full/advance payment required to confirm booking (as mentioned at time of enquiry).
• Prices are subject to change until confirmed. Taxes, tolls & parking included unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).
• Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
• Force majeure (weather, strikes, government restrictions): Reschedule or full refund offered.
• Refunds processed within 7–10 working days to original payment method.

5. Tour Changes & Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel tours due to safety, weather, government orders or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or full refund.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information (name, contact, hotel address, flight details if applicable).
• Arrive on time for pickup. Late arrival may result in missed portion without refund.
• Follow guide/driver instructions and respect local laws, customs & people.
• No illegal activities, intoxication or disruptive behaviour allowed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dreams City Tours is not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss of property, delays or cancellations due to force majeure.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
